My Story

This is a space to explore what it means to be joyfully you.

I help people who were taught that the answers live outside of them reconnect with and trust their own inner wisdom.

My work supports individuals who have spent years believing something about them is broken—whether that’s their body, their desires, or their brain. This includes anyone healing from disordered eating and body image struggles shaped by diet culture, people untangling the effects of religious trauma, and neurodivergent folks who are exhausted from masking and being told they need to be fixed.

While these experiences may look different, the pattern is the same: you were taught to look outward for answers—diet and workout plans, rigid religious rules, neurotypical standards, or constant comparison to others—rather than inward. Together, we shift that narrative. The work is about unlearning those messages, reclaiming self-trust, and remembering that nothing about you was ever broken in the first place.

We might work well together if…

you’re craving a relationship where you don’t have to perform, explain, or minimize your experiences
you’re tired of carrying everything alone and want someone who can sit with you in the hard moments without judgment.
you’re ready to explore your story with curiosity and compassion instead of criticism.
you’re seeking a space where your messiness, questions, and doubts are welcome.

Ready to live joyfully?

Show up for yourself.
You deserve it.
